Would an iphone/ android app designed to make it easier to navigate your music without vision be of any use to anyone? (self.Blind)

I had the idea in the shower the other day and I think I might be able to create it, but I'm not entirely sure and want to better understand the subject before I go ahead and do it.
This nonprofit website is run by volunteers.
