My Braille is not brilliant but i think it says: "6224".
The first symbol means "number follows", but context on what this is would be useful.

Makes sense, as it is at Bus Stop # 6224
Potentially not safe use for the intended users as the bus stupidly stops around 10m away from the Bus Stop sign, timetable & this assistance.
