My friend runs a great non-profit called Northwest Association for Blind Athletes. He plans multiple events every month to help the blind and visually impaired find opportunities in sports and physical activities.


Past events have included tandem bike riding, hiking, golfing, goal ball, Paralympic Experiences, and much more. I encourage any of you in the area to get involved in the events, by either participating or volunteering! It is completely free, you just have to sign up to participate. We have a lot of great activities planned for this spring and summer in all 4 states.
