I have purchased a cube with raised dots and have gotten okay at the alphabet.

Personally I just bought a good book (mice and men) from http://www.braillebookstore.com/Books-for-Adults

Then I used http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_Braille to translate. It's slow going at first, but not too bad. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_Braille#Abbreviations this part was the most useful.

Thanks! I am try to read 3 and 4 letters from a, b, c and d. It is slow going. I want to use a stylus to convert the poems of Khalil Gibran to Braille format.
