Insurance Company Forcing Me Into Vocational Rehab - Options (self.Blind)

I'm legally blind from RP. I worked for 13 years after I found out about RP. I went out on disability only when I knew I couldn't keep up at my job. I get paid by SS and a disability insurance policy. My insurance company is forcing me to go through a vocation rehab program with my state's Services For the Blind. SFB isn't really happy with the fact that I don't seem to want to go. I meet with them next week and this will be the first topic of conversation.
