It's enough to show the time. Personally, I stopped wearing Braille watches because every time I tried to read them I'd knock the hands, so the time was never accurate. A watch with four Braille cells wouldn't have that problem, and it would have all the other advantages of a Braille watch (silent, fast, etc). I'm not sure I'm willing to pay that much money for it right now, but I'd consider it carefully.
