If you're talking about games for Play Station and/or Xbox, there aren't a lot of options. The only games that are really playable that I know of, are fighting games like Tekken and Mortal Kombat. If you're using windows, there are a lot of accessible games to choose from. I'd check out audio games.net to see what's out there. There's not a lot of audio games on the mac side of things, but there are a ton of options on iOS.

Accessible games are highly dependent on the system that you plan on using the play them.
For the iPhone/iPad, there are quite a few options, both audio based or directly accessible via voice over and playable by both blind and sighted people. Check out the nightjar, Papa Sangre, dice world, trivia crack, and there are quite a few games with blindfold in the title, ranging from casino to silly activity games like blindfold ping-pong.
I've only played one accessible game on the Mac so far, and it was called Change Reaction. I highly recommend checking out applevis.com for a great list of accessible games and programs for the Mac and iOS devices.
