Have you tried getting their attention on Twitter? We can ask a bunch of people to ask them in Twitter for an accessible app. Thoughts?

I haven't tried. It's the law, almost everywhere, that cabs have to be accessible. That isn't the law for Uber, unfortunately. Personally, I refuse to deal with them at all until I have the force of law on my side. Until then, I'll keep taking cabs.
