A game for Blind People (store.steampowered.com)

The Steam store is inaccessible. I recommend those using screen-readers not purchase this game unless they already have a method for working-around steam's flaws.

Sorry, Steam is totally inaccessible. Until the game is offered somewhere other than steam, this isn't an accessible game.

I use steam and I'm totally blind. I get around it by using NVDA OCR.

Yes, you can work around the issues, sort of. Though I never got that to work for me. However, it's only on NVDA, only on Windows, only when it works. Leaving other screen-readers and other platforms out in the cold. I don't consider a work-around that uses OCR to be an accessible solution, and thus I don't want to give Steam any of my money, and I don't think it's appropriate to sell games through Steam and claim they're fully accessible.

Ok, but I use macOS and it is totally inaccessible for voice over.
But it is cool that it works with some screen reader.

I discovered that. But just after it was already bought. Now I am wondering if I will just lose my money.

Unfortunately, yes. Steam has no interest in supporting blind people in any way. So that's lost money, I'm afraid.

Steam is not totally inaccessible if you use NVDA OCR.

Okay, I got it. But the steam app is totally not accessible. Is there an way to solve this?
