A short while ago I found "A dark room" in the app store. It's not only a nice and simple game for the blind, but for people who're blind and can't hear well (like me), too. (self.Blind)

You might also enjoy the Choice Of Games series, as well as the CYOA games made by Delight Games. Also, the Hack Run series is fully accessible, if that's your kind of thing.
