Great article. I love going to Smith Kettlewell, as they have really interesting research opportunities and studies for those of us who are blind. Tons of smart people there; my father and I have been working on a sonar based obstacle avoidance device to protect one's head, and they brought in nine engineers to take a look at it and give us feedback including Bill himself. Great guy!
