I run a gaming channel on YouTube. Today I played my first MUD with three blind gamers. It was tons of fun! (youtube.com)

Future forward, whenever you do something like this that isn't immediately familiar to the people watching your channel, you really should be explaining the logistics of how you are interacting with the game, what the interface looks like, how the other players who are actually blind are playing at, how accessible is it via various computer systems, Mac or PC, full descriptions like that. Explain common terminology in the game, basically a quick start guide for what is actually going on. It took over 20 minutes to actually get to how the blind players were interacting with the software which was really frustrating. Approach things like this assuming that the people watching will have absolutely no idea or understanding of what is going on and describe things as such in order to make it fully inclusive. If you have already played through a section, and are going back to do it over again to record it, you already have a really good idea of what's coming up so you should be able to script things out in a way that fully explains your actions and what is happening in the interface and within the game itself.
