Depends what platform you're on. It's in the menu that allows you to select subtitles and audio language. If you're on Apple TV, it respects the system wide DVS setting. All original Netflix programs have DVS. And Netflix has agreed to require companies who produce DVS for there content to provide that DVS to Netflix. So most Disney movies, for example, also have DVS. Unfortunately, if the DVS was produced by a third party like AMI, they do not provide that DVS to Netflix; so there are still a few shows that had DVS on TV, but have none on Netflix or DVD.
Also, the new CBC on demand website provides DVS audio for programs where it was aired with DVS, like Dragon's Den, Murdoch Mysteries, etc. The TVO on demand website does the same thing. And all TV stations in Canada also broadcast DVS over the air. So AMI is really the only DVS I can't access at all. I find that really ironic!

[Here's a guide.]
(http://www.acb.org/adp/netflix.html) DVS is only available on a small selection of their overall library, but it is expanded regularly.
