I don't know if this is the right subreddit or not but I've been wondering why in a video I saw there was a guy who was blind and got his sight back luckily. But he has been holding his hand infront of his eyes and I really wonder why. Thanks for helping me and I'm sorry if this is not the right thread.

I hate it when cars are driving down the road at night towards me. I can't see a thing and I usually have to stand there with my head for at least a good 10 seconds, then keep going. Anyone else have the same problem.
