Researching Auditory Logos for the Blind, Partially Blind, and Dyslexic.(self.Blind)
submitted by designstudent_
Hello all.
I am a design student and I'm wondering what there is in the way of auditory experience of brands when they are such a visually competitive feature of marketing?
Are there noises other than the name of the brand itself that you associate with a particular brand?
Are there things some companies do that are probably overlooked by sighted individuals but leave more of an impression on you?
Do companies which market specifically to the visually impaired use any form of audible brand naming other than the verbalized name of their brand? I would be especially interested in the case of Learning Ally, if any of you have experience with them.
Thanks so much for any information you can provide.
