I'm so confused (self.Blind)

I'm just a random redditer who saw the ad for this subreddit, and I'm confused about how people who suffer from blindness can even visit or submit to subreddits, let alone type and read posts. Can someone explain how the blind can use Reddit?

Please don't put words into other people's mouths.
"Suffer from blindness"? Sorry, but no. Some people may, but I've suffered more of/from the sighted world's limitations. Don't tell me what i suffer from.
There are a lot more forms o f assistive technologies than there used to be. Not perfect yet (neither is the sighted world I believe) but better than before.
Can't say I've ever read the "sidebar".

I also saw the ad for the sub. How does it work, if someone doesn't mind explaining. How can a blind person see the ad? How can they use the internet in general?
I think that its a great thing, don't get me wrong, I just want to understand how it works for those that are impaired.

There are braille notetakers which can act as ipads or computers, depending on the model that have features with audio output or braille output to help navigate different systems.

Also, blind/visually impaired doesn't necessarily mean "completely without sight all the time." I can't drive at night, read small print, or recognize faces from more than six feet away, but I can read a computer screen just fine.
