Im not blind and hopefully I wont be, but hearing these stories is actually kind of heart breaking. You guys are amazing, like I have no idea how I would deal with being blind. I came here cause I saw the ad, and boy this reddit is extremely interesting. Good luck everybody, stay safe :).

Well, I'm blind and don't know how to deal with it myself. It's been over two years now and I haven't adapted yet and doubt I ever will.

It'll be ok. I am partially sighted so I can't speak for being blind, but I have a progressive nerve disease that is slowly making me more and more disabled. So I understand losing something that most people have (like ability to stand). I'm here for you. It'll be alright.
