Reaper is a great piece of software. Hard to believe it's all just one guy.

I don't do anything audio related myself, so can't speak from experience. But everyone I know in the blind community who does uses either Reaper or Sonar.

If I lost more of my sight I'd probably makethe jump to Reaper.

For the curious, there's a couple of plugins called ReaAccess & ReaEar that improve accessibility .

Excellent campaign, super important goal - thanks for sharing.

As a sighted person - musician (by academic degree) / web developer (by trade), is there anything I can do to help? Not looking to step on any toes, but I might be able to help with some of the simpler tasks.

Well, I don't use the software myself, as I'm not musical in the least. But it looks like the place to go to contribute is: https://github.com/nvaccess/osara

I wouldn't worry to much about stepping on toes. NV Access runs there projects just like any other open source project, with the same sort of expectations.
