He was there for fare evasion. Likely caught walking through the gates at BART. Fare evasion is incredibly common on BART.

Ah, OK. That makes sense. In Canada, that wouldn't wind up in traffic court. So I was a bit confused LOL.

Hey, you never know. I've had people in Toronto who are still driving even with 20/400 (which is noticably beyond legal blindness). It is the doctor's responsibility to take their license...... :S

Jesus, how is that even possible? Even as poor as 20/200 I can imagine someone being stubborn or clueless enough to drive, but 20/400? How are they not extremely dead?
