I was ⚂⚂⚂⚂⚅⚅⚅⚅wondering ∞ if ☎☏ ♧♣ they ☜☞☜ can ☞☜☞◆◆◣ do ∇⑫⑬∌ that ⊿¸ⓐⓢⓢⓕⓐⓡⓣ.

Also, how does it read symbols? Does it say "Symbol symbol symbol" over and over, or read things out like "White horse chesspiece black horse chesspiece copyright arrow pointing left"?

VoiceOver read everything you posted. For instance in the title there were 3 "white chess knight" and 3 "black chess knight", but it only read those symbols after setting it to read all the punctuation. Funnily enough, it doesn't read Braille as if it was text, instead resorting to reading the braille cell's representation, so "⠨⠓⠑⠇⠇⠕" is read like "dots 4 6, dots 1 2 5, dots 1 5, dots 1 2 3, dots 1 2 3, dots 1 3 5" instead of "Hello".

I put four white knights and four black knights. Also, could it tell the difference between braille dots and dots on dice?

Yes, of course, for dice it reads "die 4", "die 6", etc..
