Well, I think most of us are aware of "mainstream" memes, even though we can't see the image. I think I've typed "I am disappoint" a few times on Reddit, as I feel at least vaguely aware enough of the reference to make it. There are also memes that aren't primarily visual, like the "How is babby formed?"/"they need to do way instain mother!"
$1 from several years ago, as one example. Also, back when the ad that
$1 is mocking was a thing, the "skip ad" button wasn't accessible to the Voiceover screen-reader on IOS. So I think I appreciated that edit a little more than normal! Man, listening to this again is bringing back memories of just how much I hate that guy. I hope his bookshelves all burned up in a terrible Lamborghini fire.
As to memes particular just to blind people, there are a few. But the blind community isn't tightly knit enough for them to really spread to the point where every single blind person has heard them. Does singing dectalk qualify? Absolutely everyone was doing that a few years back. But otherwise, they tend to be a stupid sound that someone recorded and shared with all his blind friends, or an NSFW edit of a Harry Potter audio book, or something, but it only ever spreads to perhaps 4 or 5 hundred people.
