Wasn't there a similar case with a girl in elementary school where they said her cane was a health and safety violation because other kids could trip on it?

I've never heard of this. I'm in the US, but I get news about blindness from all over. I think this was two poorly education individuals who took a stand against the wrong thing. I hope they get seriously reprimanded.
