When the screen magnifier takes up twenty percent of the screen, with huge boarders that make the small screen even smaller... (self.Blind)

You know you're running Windows on a tablet.

(a photo of an 8 inch tablet is displayed, with the Microsoft Windows Magnifier running. Large, almost opaque boarders surround the corners of the screen, with plus and minus signs in the corners.)
This is in comparison to Android and IOS, whose magnifiers do not interfere with the viewing area, and where you simply slide the finger in the direction that you wish the magnified view to go, rather than needing to slide on the top or bottom (horizontally) of the screen to pan left and right; or up/down on the sides of the screen (vertically) to pan up and down.
