285 million people world wide are blind. So yes, it's possible. This sub only reaches a tiny, tiny fraction of blind people. Also, see the thread /u/awesomesaucesaywhat posted. I won't remove this thread on the assumption your question was about the number of blind users, rather than how they do it, making it a new question.
