Lol! I tried to open this a couple days ago and the link wasn't working. I could only get the title of her post! Phew! I am so glad the title was dark sarcasm.

The title was 'blind people are obligate to graciously accept help' or something like that. The content was contradicting that. It was just sarcastic.. perhaps darkly is is putting it to strongly. It was simply a non-literal title.
