That is often a big debate, whether to reveal vision loss during the interview, or after a job offer. It really comes down to your skills and confidence. Do you have the skills to do the job? Do you have the ability to get to work on time, and to work well with others? I don't believe they can say " We don't want to hire you because you are blind", but they can easily say they found someone more qualified for a variety of reasons. Be prepared to explain how you can do a job they are not sure you can do. Explain what skills and training you have, how you use adaptive technology to get information, how you will get into work when the weather is pouring rain. You want to project that you are independent and can do what they need you to do.

Make a mental note, of the tools you are going to need. I would incorporate them into the conversation.
