Does anyone know any blind friendly online cable streaming services? I want to get rid of my cable bill but I want to know if anyone has any experience with it.

Get an Apple TV. That way, you can get the apps for Netflix, your local channels, large stations like CNN, etc. Plus iTunes movies and shows, assuming you only regularly watch 1 or 2 shows, are still cheaper than the cable bill. Plus, you can put up an antenna, and there is hardware that can bring those OTA broadcasts on to your Apple TV.

Thanks. I have the Apple TV now but the Directvnow and Sling app are just not ready to be used yet. I'll keep the netflix and the cable :(

Have you tried Netflix? They have Descriptive Videos available. I'm not too sure of other ones, unfortunately :(

I have Netflix but I was looking for live TV apps so I can get rid of my cable. Thank you for your suggestion! I will just keep the cable for now.
