Your opening qualification survey is flawed… It seems that you are operating under the assumption that we use multiple screen readers per day for different tasks. That is definitely a rare case and you need to add in options to say that we do not use multiple screen readers and the subsequent question asking why we use multiple screen readers needs to have a not applicable option, otherwise your loaded survey question will give you bad data.

Screen readers are commonly used by people with disabilities. Do you plan on doing this survey for other subs?

This one wanted primarily blind screen reader users, but I am open to other ideas. I was just sharing the info.
