http://www.bemyeyes.org/ a friend suggested this to me on FB. Volunteers would sign up and give assistance as requested. Seems pretty cool

Hi there! I have used this and occasionally helped people read labels, tell if their lights were on or off, etc.

I think this one does live video and vizwiz is just a picture
