Hey, I was just wondering how those of you with food allergies go about identifying which products have those ingredients in?

I tend to look up products on the brand website. Most brand websites have cooking instructions, serving sizes, callery counts, etc. But for me allergies aren't a big deal, it's more about making sure what I'm eating is nutritious.

Sort of. At least, I can almost always get the information I need, with a little effort. If I needed to buy something, or contact customer service, I doubt I could, though.

If I'm buying something I'm unsure about, I use an OCR app to read the label or description.

All information unless it has some kind of design behind it. Even some handwriting! I'll post an example. It is probably a low quality image, but it is the first google result for "ingredients."
