Hey guys, I'm using Jaws 14 on Windows 7 internet explorer, and Messenger is showing url extentions for pics instead of names of the people in my conversation list. For no reason, this will go back to how I like it on occasion purely at random, but as soon as I have to log back in to the site, it's back to just numbers.

Instead of a name, time or day of last contact, and part of the last message, I get p50x50/bla bla bla long ass number.

It leads me to believe that this can be toggled somehow, but I am not sure how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have filled out a form, but that is of course just for feedback, so naturally, there was no response. They make billions off this site, but there is no customer service staff, go figure.
