Audio output?

Looking at his history, he asked essentially the same questions in /r/deaf and /r/SpecialNeeds and /r/AskReddit. It looks like he's looking for ideas on what he can make to help make computers more accessible.

Windows has the Narrator screen reader built in, and OS X has voiceover. What are you trying to find?

Everything is already built in. You could look at making self-service kiosks more accessible, but all they really need is Voiceover enabled and a headphone jack.
