Can you use Esperanto on a Braille display? (self.Blind)

Yeah, sure. The only potential issues are the accented characters. Depending on which braille table you use you may need to learn their coding, but other than that it's not a problem.

Yes, at least some displays and screen readers support it. As proof here's a braille translation table for Esperanto (eo):
