Zoomtext and cursor tracking. (self.Blind)

For whatever reason, my zoomtext doesn't want to track my cursor and i've told it to. Via the tracking tab. It worked fine when i had an older computer, but now it doesn't want to do it. Not even in work 2016 which has always worked.
My work computer is windows 7 with zoomtext 10.1 and my personal is windows 10 with zoomtext 10.1.
The issue mainly happens when I'm typing in chrome on my personal in Google CHrome's browser. But the personal works fine with word 2016.
The work computer doesn't want to track at all. Not when saving files, not when typing in an url, not when using word. Nothing. Anyone have similar issues and know how to fix it?
