I am looking for a software who could do speech to text . Do any of you have an idea of any such thing ?

If you mean speech to text and not text to speech, Dragon Dictation is pretty good. If you mean text to speech, you should let us know more about your situation, i.e. blind or low vision, so we can give you a more specific recommendation.
