Please help me find a decent screen reader for Window 10. After having a seizure, falling off the foot of the bed, hitting my head which caused PCS and TBI, I also ended up breaking my neck from C-3 down to T-4. I am slowly losing my sight and would love a program that is easy, cheap or free. I would like it to read reddit news, various other news sites and email.

NVDA from nvaccess.org is exactly what you want. It does have a bit of a learning curve, though. So you might want to read the user guide.

I'm sorry to hear you are losing your site. look at nvda not sure what the site is, but it's free.
