Go get therapy and/or medication for your anxiety because you very clearly need it.

No but being deaf blind and not having any use of your hands would mean you can't use computers or anything

Ok and are you any of these things?
Because if not, then you need to stop worrying and instead find the closest psychiatrist because you very obviously have mental health issues.

Not yet. But I read most people have Toxoplasmosis
