Ya, I did HH as I was too lazy to write the full words, I was meaning I had no clue the $ amount as it was 6 years ago and not sure if that was a typo or why they would want to know 6 year old data

Good catch. 2011 was a typo. The income question is probably invalid. Sorry it is so long. Many of the questions are a pilot of a measure, so there are twice as many questions as the final version would have. It's part of a reliability check. Thanks for taking a look!
