My room is square with a 10 feet side. The wall in front of me has my computer's desk and a huge travel bag from a time when I had sight and could live like a nomad. Behind me there's the bed and a closet. To my left there's a door leading to the hallway and my bedside table. To my right there's a door to the balcony and a digital piano. Everything in my room is carefully organized, so I have a notion of where everything is. I spend most of my time here either sleeping, at the computer, or training piano.

I'm not totally blind, but even when I am, it's not going to change what I have on display. In my room, I've my degrees on my wall, a cross stitch mum did for me when I was a kid, and a full, half height, bookcase (I need a second to go alongside it) all on display. Oh, and some stuffed toys also live on the bookshelf (a couple from when I was a kid, a couple from the past 5-10 years).

I've a whole house, so I don't need to spend time in my bedroom for any other reason than sleep :)

I don’t have a room of my own now. So currently, part of bedroom. There is a tall queen bed, a window that isn’t giant and has always shades on (not in super dark mode). There is a big table with some computers but not mine, and a small table with a display and an aromatherapy thing, what hamacallit where you put water a few drops of scented oils and it smells like whatever you want when sleeping.

My hopefully soon to be mine room has a window to east (mornig sun). Not huge but mine as a space. Soft floor, the walls i think mid to darker gray, but i want to actually find some old braille pages and use those as wallpaper on at least one wall, then paint it dark gray. Add furniture like ikea expedit (those witb 2x2 or 4x4 blocks of about 30cm or 1 foot size each. Lovely whether you have books or anything else there for storage) and simple desks, a chair and random cool things on the wall. And it should have enough space for also a cat or a puppy bed. I can’t remember if there are lights in that room but some might be nice to have. And maybe add some of those glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. I remember someone i know had those, i imagine they would look nice for visitors too.
