I've signed up. Let's see where this goes.

We know images on the web are not often accessible. A few friends and I built Chrome, Mozilla, and Internet Explorer plugins to help automatically generate alt tags for images. Like Seeing AI and BeMyEyes but for the web! Please leave an email and we will send instructions on how to get started.

Done. Unfortunately, the APIs to do this well are extremely expensive, and the web is full of images. I feel like the breakthrough we need is a way to do decent object recognition on the local desktop, or else this style of extension won't be financially viable.
