My old Dungeon Master had someone with vision loss who played before. He would use Lego to building layouts of some dungeons when it was important. I think they used a laptop and a spreadsheet to track stats and such. There can be a lot of rules, but it isn't that hard to learn. Finding a compatible group is usually the hardest part.
