Thanks for the help. I ended up deleting my patreon account. I found the website to hard to work with and couldn't be bothered to keep it.

I'm afraid I'm going to be unhelpfully vague, but: from memory you click on your account and from there you can go to a My Pledges page. There it will list all your pledges, along with an option to delete individual pledges.

I only just concluded a pledge for something myself the other month and I too found it quite tough to find the page.
