I work as IT for a nonprofit and I have one user that has limited visibility.
I would like to know if anyone can recommend a voice over ip phone (VoIP) that has accessibility features such as voice calling, or voice caller id, back lit or big numbers.
This would help a lot, thanks.

Most visually impaired people, at least in the US, use an iPhone.

Iphones come pre-eqquiped with VoiceOver and magnification. You can also change the size of fonts and invert colors. Just go to settings, general, accessibility, vision and then turn on whichever features the person needs. There's a lot of help giides online. Just a heads up, the gestures are differnt in voiceover

the problem is that when there is an internal call, the phone number is always the main line.

Did anyone find an accessible physical VoIP phone (specifically one with large buttons, black text on white background) - something like https://amzn.to/3ryahYG but one that would work on a VoIP connection. I think there is a chance we could use a VoIP adapter to enable a standard phone to be used in the VoIP system but I'm not sure that would work on the VoIP system we have.

Is an app on the computer an option? If you're using SIP, it might be. That way, they could use whatever existing magnification software they already have. This article has some recommendations: http://www.afb.org/afbpress/pubnew.asp?DocID=aw161005
