A friend of mine, visually impaired, is about to begin his MBA. He would like to get few queries clarified about the job market. It will be great if any of you guys, with MBAs or people you know, could clarify few things.

My buddy work at the lighthouse and he have PhD. He only hired blind or deafblind. Maybe they can help.
