It costs $299 and is worn on the wrist. As well as the ultrasonic transducer with $1 vibration feedback there is a vibrating watch, activity tracker, compass, and GPS navigation.

There is a similar product called $1 for $249 which has the ultrasonic transducer on a clip so you wear it on your clothes.
