Help Finding Free Accessible Workout Video (self.Blind)

Hi. I was wondering if anybody could point me towards any free descriptive workout videos that are free. I have heard about Eyes Free Fitness, but I was curious if there are any free options before I spend money on that workout program. Thank you to anyone who responds.
