Now that Twitter is going to kill the streaming API, making desktop clients like TW Blue or Chicken Nugget a lot more annoying to use (if they can ever get fixed), I've been looking at Mastodon, which seems like a good alternative. If Twitter isn't going to make things easy to use, may as well go to a platform which is in many ways better. However, the situation for clients isn't so good as of yet.

I've been using tootstream but it's not really ideal. Any suggestions for accessible Mastodon clients, especially for Windows? Other platform clients welcome too since they may be useful for someone else.
