Any other blind politicians or politician to be? Or political scientist? (self.Blind)

Hi, I am studying for a degree in political science. I am wondering if I am the only one here who’s blind on this sub who wants to be a politician. Possibly run for mayorships or congress or work in public administration. Also any political scientist here?
Either way I am interested to see if there are any others and possibly we can talk about it if you’re willing.

I’m a master’s-level political scientist/economist, and I think you have an incorrect view of political scientist. Political science studies politics, but doesnt really help you become a politician. If you want to enter politics seriously, a law degree is usually the best way in.

An interesting person to look into is $1 who was elected as Washington State's Lt. Governor in 2015, and previously served in that states legislature.
