People don’t ‘look’ like anything to me. They ‘sound’ and possibly ‘feel’ like something though.

You can judge by knowing yourself, If you know what they feel like or a human body you can visualize that easily.

Generally people blind from birth do not see in their dreams, though people who have lost their sight may or may not have vision in dreams.
