Can I use free postal service for the blind from the Netherlands to ship my accessible guitar tuner? (rnib.org.uk)

A customer requested that I put "articles for the blind" on the box. I found online that you can ship things for free like that, but they did not know the details about it at the post office. They said it's only for registered organisations.
This nonprofit website is run by volunteers.
